We understand that things come up and sometimes appointment times need to be cancelled or rescheduled. In these circumstances, we do require at least 24 hours notice from the scheduled appointment start time in order to avoid a cancellation fee. This gives us a chance to fill the appointment with someone from our waiting list. Providing less than 24 hours notice will result in a charge equal to 50% of the reserved service amount. If no notice is given at all (no-call, no-show), that will result in a charge equal to the full cost of the reserved service amount. The fee (50-100% of reserved service price) must be paid in the salon or online before booking the next appointment. If any questions regarding this policy arise, please do not hesitate to ask!
