We understand that things come up, and sometimes appointment times need to be cancelled or rescheduled. In these circumstances, we do require at least 24 hours notice from the scheduled appointment start time in order to avoid a rebooking fee. This gives us a chance to fill the appointment with someone from our waiting list. Providing less than 24 hours notice for any adjustment made to your scheduled appointment (i.e. "let's just skip the haircut this time") will result in a charge equal to 50% of the reserved service amount (in our example, you would still be charged for half the price of the haircut that you had originally scheduled even if you don't receive that service during your visit). If no notice is given at all (no-call, no-show), that will result in a charge equal to the full cost of the reserved service amount. The rebooking fee (50-100% of reserved service price) must be paid in the salon or online before booking the next appointment.
